The transition from elementary school to middle school is a dramatic one. Fourth grade girls have lots on their minds: fear of losing old friendships and making new ones, navigating peer pressure and bullying, and worrying about fitting in and new academic pressures. At You Go Girl!, girls will learn how to strengthen their self- confidence, manage emotions, and communicate better with friends and family members. There will be plenty of practice in decision making and problem solving too! They will learn how being healthy will help them become the person they are meant to be. They will practice growth mindset, setting goals and thinking about ways to make the most of themselves! Shrewsbury Youth and Family Services 222 Maple Avenue (The Higgins Building), Shrewsbury, MA.
